We are looking for a part-time Human Resources Administrator to be based at our site in Annesley (NG15 0DR). This role involves one day on-site (Subject to Business Requirements).
As a Human Resources Administrator, you will provide an accurate and timely central administration support service to the business and HR team. Giving excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
This is a Part-time permanent position offering a salary of 21,320 (depending on experience).
The working schedule is predominantly Monday to Friday working 09:00 till 15:00

Key responsibilities:
1) Recruitment
Prepare and place internal adverts on Webrecruit
Prepare offer letters, and terms and conditions of employment using Docusign
Ensure recruitment compliance checks are completed and logged - right to work checks following UKVI guidelines, references, Criminal record checks, Post-offer health surveillance. Ensuring KPIs are maintained.
Create and maintain electronic HR files
Input of new joiners onto the HR system (Zellis)
2) Mailbox Management
- maintain the HR Admin mailbox: -
Ensuring documentation submitted meets company requirements
Responding to administration requests in a timely manner, ensuring timescales meet procedural expectations
Escalate requests for support to HR Business Support or the wider HR team
3) Customer Service
Providing HR advice and support to line managers and colleagues, explaining procedures and policies in a timely and effective manner.
Support departmental projects
4) Purchase Orders
Accurate and timely raising of 'purchase requisitions' (PR's) and sending invoices to scan on to Documation.
Matching invoices to ensure payment is made within the agreed timescales.
Resolve invoice queries with internal/external suppliers.
Key Requirements:
Good knowledge of employment law and knowledge of HR best practice
Good interpersonal and excellent communication skills
Excellent attention to detail, experienced with managing data
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
Previous experience of working within a fast-paced working environment, ideally within HR Administration
Problem solving abilities
Strong organisational skills
Excellent customer service, detail conscious, integrity & confidentiality - essential
Ability to prioritise, organise, multi and task work in a fast-moving environment.
