We are currently seeking to recruit an HR Manager to lead and oversee the provision of a comprehensive and high-quality HR service, ensuring compliance with college policies, employment legislation and best practice, promoting effective employee relations. The ideal candidate will have relevant HR experience and knowledge, be highly organised and able to act with integrity, compassion, and empathy.
This is a managerial role, and you should have significant experience in managing a broad range of HR matters, including recruitment, employee relations, policy development and Human resource information system. You should also be able to lead on all aspects of HR related projects and issues. You should be a credible HR professional, who is an excellent communicator and possesses both a full CIPD qualification and up to date knowledge of employment legislation.
