Job Description
We have an exciting position for a novel operation within the remit of pharmacy. The position involves processing prescription items in a central location for onward delivery to pharmacy branches.
The successful candidate will need to be computer literate and process driven. The position is ideally suited to candidates with a background in factory work who is familiar with performance targets.
No previous background in pharmacy is required, as full training will be provided for the role. The position requires standing for long periods of time and mobility.
Summary
As a Hub Operative, you will be integral to the efficient operation of our logistics and distribution processes. Reporting to the Hub Manager, your core skills in communication and phone etiquette will ensure effective coordination with team members and pharmacy branches. You will utilize your skills in data entry and to enhance operational workflows. Additionally, your relevant analysis skills and computer literacy will support data management and reporting tasks, contributing to the overall success of our hub operations. Responsibilities
Operate and maintain hub equipment to ensure smooth logistics operations. Communicate effectively with team members and clients, utilizing strong phone etiquette and English proficiency. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date. Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and report findings. Uphold computer literacy standards to manage software and systems effectively.

Pay: 22,880.00-25,396.00 per year
