We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and flexible member of the team with excellent communication skills. The postholder will support the Housing Support Grant (HSG) Programme Lead, this post will be involved in a wide range of critical work and work with a wide range of partners and stakeholders on a local and regional basis ensuring effective communication with relevant partners, maximising impact and outcomes for customers and service users.
As a HSG Projects and Strategic Planning Officer, the post holder will be responsible for managing a range of reviews which are aimed at ensuring the right outcomes are achieved to support the needs of people who use HSG services, ensure value for money, and adhere to Welsh Governments guidance and timetables.
The postholder will manage and lead on the HSG review of learning disability services and temporary supported accommodation. Lead on the implementation of new developments and Innovate services working with stakeholders to design appropriate service solutions focusing on the greatest impact for people receiving services and a long-term preventative agenda.
