Here at Serco, we are looking for a HSEQ Business Support Administrator to join our Health and Safety function to cover a maternity leave. This role will support the activities of the UK & Europe HSEQ function by providing coordination, communication, assistance, and administration across a range of activities. As our HSEQ Business Support Administrator, you will have strong organisation, time management, flexibility, and problem-solving skills.
You will support the Health & Safety function with general administration responsibilities such as minute taking, arranging meetings, making room reservations, raising POs, and monitoring the shared email and SharePoint sites. As well as this you will be responsible for submitting reports via Power BI and ensuring accuracy of data to support BSI audits and monthly reporting.
Main responsibilities of the role include: Assure Admin to include user and location permissions, data monitoring and maintenance. Monthly BU HSEQ reporting to include BPRs, DPRs and ad hoc requests. Support departmental projects as required. Monitor the HSEQ shared email role accounts. Organise meetings, events, and training. Maintain functional documentation such as MS Teams, and the functional SharePoint sites Manage team procurement requirements using SAP Guided Buying to raise Purchase Orders and manage invoices. Administrator for HSEQ programmes including BSI, Sypol, and Safe Contractor.
What you\xe2\x80\x99ll need to do the role: Strong communication skills both written and verbal. Computer literate, with knowledge of MS Office tools. Proven administration experience in a similar role. Knowledge of Health & Safety would be beneficial. Excellent organisational and time-keeping skills. Forward thinker. Strong attention to detail. Ability to use own initiative with effective problem-solving skills. Flexible and adaptable. Experience in Power BI would be an advantage; however training will be provided on the job.
