CK Group are recruiting for a HSE Manager to join a company that provide scientific and technical support to the food and drink industry worldwide through a wide range of analytical testing and research activities. This position will be based at their site in Gloucestershire on a contract and permanent basis.

Our client offer services from analysis, testing and operational support to knowledge management using their industry-leading facilities, expertise and knowledge.

Location:
This Analytical Services Enquiry Coordinator role is located in Gloucestershire on the edge of the Cotswold\'s and the site is easily commutable from surrounding areas such as Cheltenham and Worcester.

HSE Manager Role:

• To provide health, safety, and environment (HS&E) expertise to promote a positive corporate HS&E culture to ensure staff and third-party safety.
• To devise and ensure continuous improvement of an integrated corporate HS&E strategy to reflect legislation, best practice, continuous improvement, and corporate standards.
• To establish and develop compliant corporate HS&E systems that reflect relevant ISO accreditation standards.
• To act as the lead HS&E Advisor
• To develop and imbed best practice business management systems, training, and behaviours to ensure a safe working environment

Your Background:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• NEBOSH National Diploma
• Significant and demonstrable experience of working in a tactical H&S role either at a managerial or senior advisory level.
• Demonstrable experience of implementation and compliance with relevant ISO standards, particularly ISO 45001, 14001 and 9001.
• Deep understanding of risk assessment methodologies and continuous improvement techniques.
