Across their 20+ manufacturing sites, this \xc2\xa3billion t/o food manufacturer takes H&S seriously. They have standardised practices in each one of their factories and ensure that it\'s at the top of everyone\'s agenda.

This being said, there is still plenty to do if there is one phrase to summarise the task ahead it would be;

BACK TO BASICS.

This is probably a familiar tagline that you\'ve heard plenty of times in your career. But how true does it ring?

As H&S Manager for the North West, you will be responsible for multiple manufacturing sites, some of which have lost their way. Each site requires a hands on approach and someone who truly engages and wins the hearts and minds of those on across the factory.

You\'ll go back to basics, ensuring that the correct procedures and systems are in place, are adhered to religiously and creating champions to preach the importance in your absence.

The great thing is; you\'ll get the autonomy to implement what you see fit. You\'ll drive your own agenda and create your own legacy within a division of this huge food manufacturing company.

Background?

Background is important, and while I understand product type can be transferable, we\'re really looking for an established Food Manufacturing / FMCG H&S Manager. If you\'ve worked across multiple sites, it is a bonus, however single site H&S Management would be considered.
