Oakleaf Partnership North are pleased to be working with our client, a global consultancy in sourcing a HRIS Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis due to expansion of the Manchester based HR function following a recent acquisition. You will be a keen user of SAP SuccessFactors, and be comfortable be demonstrating its uses by building dashboards that assists leaders with decision making. With an eye for detail and passion for data integrity, you will also map process across the organisation such as MS Visio that will ultimately lead to automated process within the HR function. As the HRIS Specialist you will need to demonstrate previous experience in the below;
Strong working knowledge of SuccessFactors
High level Excel skills including vlookups, formulas, index matching and pivot tables
understanding of process flows and using tools like MS Visio
Analytical with problem solving skills and the resourcefulness to navigate ambiguous environments
Tableau (or other data visualisation) skills are desirable
