This role is ideal for someone with a passion for people development and a keen eye for detail. You'll play a key part in facilitating and coordinating our training programmes across the group, while also supporting our HR function with essential administrative duties.

What You'll Be Doing
Act as the main point of contact for all training-related queries from colleagues and managers
Monitor and track training expenditure, cross-referencing invoices and credits
Coordinate and develop training programmes through Mercedes-Benz and other providers
Ensure compliance with Mercedes-Benz training standards across the group
Organise and schedule in-house and external training, including all logistics
Create and deliver engaging in-house training sessions where required
What You'll Bring
Previous experience in an administrative role (ideally within HR or training)
Confident using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
