Key Responsibilities:



Maintain and develop our HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity Act as the primary point of contact for all system-related queries, troubleshooting issues, and liaising with vendors where necessary Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to deliver process improvements and system upgrades Create and maintain regular reports and dashboards to support business insight and decision-making Manage user access, system configuration, and security protocols Support the roll-out of new modules, integrations, and system enhancements Train and support system users across the business, promoting best practice Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal audit requirements

What We're Looking For:



Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Extremely driven, including the ability to build strong relationships, project a positive attitude, and motivate / develop others across the business to drive for people engagement. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Able to work both as part of a team and contribute individually. Experience working within HR operations teams - preferred. Experience of working with HR/Payroll systems - preferred. Experience of working in a previous HR systems role or data analyst role. Excellent HR / systems practitioner with high self-drive, who relishes hitting the ground running. Extensive data manipulation skills, as well as being well versed in Power BI. Extensive Excel knowledge and usability.
