We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect with expertise in Talent Domain/HRIS to join our client\'s dynamic technology team. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping the group\'s digital transformation strategy and ensuring that technology initiatives align with their growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Analysis: Collaborate with headquarters and group companies to understand their specific requirements and demonstrate how the HRIS solution can be leveraged to deliver tangible benefits.
• Technology Strategy: Work closely with the Chief Architect to ensure that the Talent/HR solution is built on modern, scalable, and secure technologies that support integration across the organization.
• Solution Implementation: Take the lead in recommending and implementing the Talent/HR solution, and create evolving reference data architectures for integration and utilization.
• Transformation Leadership: Spearhead the organization\'s transformation of HRIS, bringing practical experience in implementing Workday solutions.
• Subject Matter Expert: Become the global subject matter expert on HRIS solutions, including configuration and customization.
• Security Integration: Ensure that security principles are an integral part of every technology strategy and solution.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with partner organizations, vendors, and service integrators to deliver the Talent/HR initiative.

Profile Attributes:

• Technical Acumen: Proven expertise in architecting and implementing Talent/HR solutions, a strong grasp of Workday is desirable.
• Operational Excellence: Demonstrated experience in architecting solutions for global companies, emphasizing operational efficiency.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: A creative and resilient problem-solver with a determined, "can-do" attitude who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
• Commercial and Strategic Thinking: Highly data-driven, capable of distilling complex issues into clear, commercially compelling plans.

Requirements:

• Experience: 8+ years in architecting and implementing Talent/HR applications.
• Agile Methodology: Experience working in a delivery-oriented technology environment using Agile methodologies and tools.
• Track Record: Proven success in implementing Workday solutions in large, multi-sector, multi-geography, multi-operating company frameworks.
