What You'll Do



Lead the successful delivery of

Oracle HCM and other HR technology implementation and enhancement projects

Manage full project lifecycles--planning, delivery, training, change and release management Collaborate with global stakeholders across HR, IT, Finance, and business teams Develop and manage robust project plans, timelines, testing and deployment strategies Drive user adoption and continuous improvement through effective change management Ensure clear communication and status reporting to internal and external stakeholders

What You'll Bring



Experience of Project Management working with HR technology andSaaS project management experience; preferable Oracle, alternatively Workday, SAP Proven track record managing

complex, cross-functional global projects

Strong grasp of

HR best practices

and people technology process design Expertise in project tools such as Jira, Rally, Smartsheet, MS Project Ability to summarise complex project content to key information Confident communicator, comfortable presenting to senior leadership and global teams Hospitality industry expertise beneficial A collaborative mindset with the ability to

influence, motivate, and drive outcomes
