Are you passionate about leveraging technology to improve HR processes and employee experience? We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Systems Officer to join our HR Systems & Data Team, to play a key role in maintaining, improving, and supporting our HR systems.
As our HR Systems Officer, you will be the go-to expert for our HR software and platforms, ensuring smooth system operation, data integrity, and continuous improvement. You'll support the HR Department and wider University colleagues by providing a high quality, progressive, equitable and inclusive employment experience.
Key responsibilities include maintaining and managing iTrent & Dashboard, ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance. The successful applicant will be delivering user training and provide ongoing support for HR systems users, including user troubleshooting, as well as supporting colleagues in IT Services with system upgrades. You will also be required to stay up to date with system updates and best practices in order to drive continuous improvement. This role will support HR projects by delivering system enhancements, process automation, and configuration changes.
You'll bring experience of using IT systems, preferably HR systems and experience of working in a large, complex organisation, again ideally in HR. Equity, diversity and inclusion is embedded in all our activities so a commitment to achieving this is also essential.
A working knowledge of iTrent would be a distinct advantage although full training will be given to the successful candidate.
