About the Role

32,291 basic salary + 10% Bonus + Benefits Offered on a Fixed Term Contract for 14 Months / Full Time (37 hours per week) Based at Weston-super-Mare - Hybrid working available 3 days in the office / 2 days at home.

What will I be doing?

To develop and maintain our HR Systems (primarily iTrent) To provide system expertise to aid in the implementation of projects relating to the wider HR team To carry out testing of any changes/updates to our systems To carry out routine reporting and analysis tasks for our stakeholders

What are the requirements?

Understanding of HR databases and system administration duties (preferably iTrent from MHR) Experience of using SAP Business Objects for data querying and reporting Understanding of HR processes and experience working in a HR team Understanding of payroll processes and legal requirements
