What does the role involve? This is an 18-month Fixed Term Contract. Reporting to the HR Systems Consultant, you will be working as part of the HR Systems Team and responsible for providing system support to ensure all operations are running smoothly and set up correctly. The main headquarters for the position is our Staines office where you will be asked to work from as and when required. Some of your key duties will include:

• Responding to enquiries from the HR Systems mailbox - such as user access and password resets, system errors
• Assisting with system improvement projects including system testing and data migration
• Carrying out data integrity checks to validate the accuracy of information held within HR systems
• Providing accurate reporting to the wider business
• Liaising with external system suppliers to resolve system issues

What are we looking for? You are data-driven and have experience working with HR systems. You\'re a problem solver who enjoys troubleshooting with excellent timekeeping skills. You come with the ability to work on your own initiative whilst also being a key team player and building relationships with your stakeholders. Also, we\'re looking for the following:

• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Excel skills (VLOOKUP and pivot tables)
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience with HR systems
