A global financial services business have a new HR Shared Service Onboarding Manager role available on an 18 month basis. This role will be responsible for ensuring that new employees have a positive and productive start within the organisation, addressing new starter needs, and promoting a seamless integration into the company culture and operations. As the HR Onboarding Manager, you will oversees the Business-As-Usual onboarding process for new employees within the Workday system and will work in close collaboration with the Procurement Team to comprehensively review existing data and contractual arrangements. Key Responsibilities:
  • Main point of contact for Procurement onboarded Contingent Workers, offering clear guidance to Hiring Managers regarding the onboarding journey and the Contingent Worker lifecycle during their contract.
  • Govern the onboarding and offboarding processes for Contingent Workers, implementing controls to ensure workers have systems access on their start date.
  • Collaborate with Procurement and MSP to document process maps and business guidelines for onboarding Contingent workers, ensuring effective communication to all Hiring Managers.
  • Lead a comprehensive end-to-end review of excisting data for Contingent Workers.
  • Thoroughly review all Procurement data contracts, identifying resources assigned to contracts and those that have been offboarded.
  • When engaging resources, work with Hiring Managers to ensure downstream processes follow agreed-upon procedures, enabling workers to be productive from day one.
  • Collaborate with IT department to ensure that resources can be productive from the start date. Partner with stakeholders to create a data dashboards that utilises available statistics to establish key metrics for the overall onboarding process.
  • Ensure the accuracy and timely maintenance of all records in Workday for Contingent Workers

  • 2-3 days per week in London Office (city)
