HR & Recruitment Advisor
to lead and evolve our people strategy.

Main Purpose of the Role
To manage and enhance the HR and recruitment function across the business, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, and a supportive working environment for all employees.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage full-cycle (360) recruitment from attraction to onboarding
Source candidates via job boards, agencies & professional networks
Participate in job fairs and career events
Build talent pipelines and maintain strong candidate relationships
Coordinate background checks, DBS, and MOD clearances when required
HR Strategy & Operations
Support directors with strategic people planning
Develop and maintain HR policies and performance systems
Monitor employee records and generate HR reports
Design and implement onboarding, training, and development plans
Work with education providers and external partners for brand outreach
Employee Relations & Engagement
Advise managers on HR policies and best practices
Manage employee relations issues (disciplinary, grievance, absence)
Conduct return-to-work and exit interviews
Support employee wellbeing and foster positive workplace culture
Lead on HR projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement
Compliance & Administration
Maintain accurate HR and personnel files
Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation
Support with payroll processes (experience a plus, but not essential)
Manage holiday schedules, sick leave, maternity/paternity, etc.
Draft employment documents including contracts, letters, and handbooks

What We're Looking For
Proven experience in HR and end-to-end recruitment
Strong understanding of UK employment law
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working independently and with senior leadership
CIPD qualification (desirable, not essential)
Payroll experience (bonus, not mandatory)
Part time Vacancy of 24-32 hours per week. The salary will be Pro-rata to reflect this.

Pay: 35,000.00-40,000.00 per year
