Role Purpose:
Recruitment Process:
Drafting and placing job adverts on various channels.
Managing job posting platforms and websites.
Receiving and processing applications
Scheduling and coordinating interviews
Ensuring compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.
On-boarding and Induction Support:
Preparing contracts, offer letters, and other necessary documentation for new employees.
Coordinating with line managers to ensure smooth induction processes.
Ensuring all necessary pre-employment checks are completed (DBS checks, right to work, etc.).
A
dministrative Tasks:
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel files and HR information systems.
Managing databases, spreadsheets
Handling inquiries from candidates

Main Responsibilities
(this list is not exhaustive):
To support the HR Manager with administrative duties.
To manage and monitor all recruitment and selection in the company. Discuss with the recruiting manager their requirements, placing the advert on Indeed, printing off CV's and arranging interviews.
Arrange start date according to the timeline of checks which need to be carried out before commencing employment.
Ensure that all recruitment checks are completed, DBS, employee references and right to work checks. Ensure to highlight anything which needs to be reported back to the home manager.
Ensure that payroll is given accurate details of employee's onboarding and off boarding for the home to ensure accuracy of wages.
To accurately record sickness on the time and attendance system.
Taking ownership of the HR Employee files ensure all recruitment details are correct and are to CQC standard.
Attend HR and adhoc meeting to take minutes and produce them in a timely manner.
To produce standard letters for recruitment and selection, contracts and other letter and documents as directed.
Supporting the HR Manager on projects when required.

Previous experience as a HR Admin or other office position
Level 3 CIPD
