We are delighted to be partnering with a leading and well-respected Manufacturing organisation in Stoke-On-Trent.

As HR Manager, you\'ll head up the HR team and be responsible for the entire employee lifecycle, provide proactive leadership, advice and support across the business to line managers and all employees and to take the lead on HR related projects.

This is an exciting and varied role giving you the opportunity to utilise your full generalist HR toolkit in a world class organisation and play a key role in the continuous development of the organisation.

Ultimately, we are seeking a forward-thinking HR professional with a solid generalist background and experience gained ideally within the Manufacturing industry.
Strong employment law knowledge and employee relations experience is a must along with well-developed business & personal judgment skills in resolving issues and the ability to engage people at all levels of the organisation.
