Job Description

The role of the HR Manager is to provide effective HR advice from an operational perspective to all offices within Taylor Rose. Working with all of the HR team on all HR related matters and supporting the wider HR teams, such as recruitment, payroll, L&D and HR change.

Requirements:



CIPD qualified (Level 5 or 7) Self-motivated with a collaborative approach Ability to influence and drive mind-set change at all levels Strong leadership and relationship building skills

This role involves but is not limited to:



Provide support and guidance in response to employee queries received within the HR Inbox - working within a 48 hour turnaround. Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to by employees and HR administration. Ensuring that personnel files and HR database are accurately maintained within current legislation. Support the appraisal process and complete all PDR's as part of the HR team. Ensuring payroll information is accurate and available within monthly deadlines for payroll processing. Ensuring effective record keeping of training information and costs within HR database. Conducting investigations /disciplinary meetings in line with current policies. Providing effective and accurate advice on employee relations matters. Liaise with the Senior HR Manager and HR Advisor to support HOD's and line managers with HR business decisions providing solutions and possible scenarios.
