FIND is working with a large Multi Academy Trust to recruit a new HR Manager to lead and manage the HR function within one of their schools- ensuring full compliance with HR policies relating to schools, employment legislation, and best practices. The ideal candidate for this role is from an education or public sector background.
This role is based on site and is a Term Time only plus 2 weeks role- 41 weeks of the year.
The actual salary for this role is 29500- 34000- depending on experience and CIPD level obtained.
