Our mission is to provide Chinese cross-border e-sellers and UK local online retailers with reliable warehousing and international delivery solutions. About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic
HRBP Manager
to oversee and lead the HR Business Partner team across multiple UK warehouse locations. This role is critical in driving HR initiatives aligned with business objectives, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring compliance with UK employment laws. The HRBP Manager will work closely with senior management, providing leadership and guidance to HRBPs while acting as a key advisor on workforce planning, employee relations, and talent management.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and ensure consistency in HR practices across all warehouse locations.
HRBP Team Management
: Lead, mentor, and support HRBPs, ensuring their effective contribution to business operations.
Employee Relations & Compliance
: Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions while ensuring compliance with UK employment law.
Performance & Change Management
: Drive performance management initiatives, support leadership development, and implement organizational change where necessary.
Training & Development
: Design and deliver HR training programs for managers and employees to enhance HR awareness and leadership capabilities.
HR Analytics & Reporting
: Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven solutions for business improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 8 years of HR experience, including a minimum of 3 years in the UK, with strong knowledge of UK employment laws and HR practices.
Strong leadership experience, with a proven track record of managing HR teams.
Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Fluency in
English and Mandarin
is highly required due to communication with HQ in China.
Ability to work across multiple locations and adapt to business needs.
Valid right to work in the UK ( skilled worker visa might be provided for this role).
