Our client, a global manufacturing business, seek to appoint an experienced HR Manager. As HR Manager you will have several years\' experience in a similar role and will be able to demonstrate a stable work record. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential. This role reports into the Regional HR Manager who covers multiple sites with regular contact with multiple departments throughout the company.
You must be happy working in a high volume environment which is often fast paced. Ideally you will be CIPD qualified or have a Degree but this isn\'t essential. The experienced HR Manager will assist departmental managers in day-to-day activities as the visible site based presence of human resources. You will also assist in matters in relation to employment law, employee relations and disciplinary and grievance procedures and investigate (where necessary) to ensure that all employee relations focused work is dealt with professional, in a timely fashion and are in line with current employment legislation.
