HR Manger (full OR part time)

My client a care agency (who really do care!) are busy and now looking for a HR Manager to actively manage recruitmentment, induction of staff and maintain QCS policy and procedures.
You will be working with some really dedicated people and benefits include 25.5 weeks holiday, free parking, flexible finish time, free Netflix subscription, kitchen area and discount card.
Pease note that the successful candidate will need a full DBS check. This role is being offered on a full time or part time basis. Some experience of working in the healthcare or care HR arena would be great although not essential. Duties
Role Duties will include;
\xe2\x97\x8f Managing all recruitment processes - this will also include RTW checks and visa/sponsorship requirements.
\xe2\x97\x8f Managing all performance management
\xe2\x97\x8f Running new induction programmes, setting up appropriate training plans
\xe2\x97\x8f Running regular reviews and appraisals
\xe2\x97\x8f Disciplinary and grievance
\xe2\x97\x8f Supporting new care workers with QCS policy
\xe2\x97\x8f Continually managing and monitoring Health and safety and quality
This is very much a stand along position and will require an individual who is confident and can self-manage all HR functions within the business. You will be reporting line straight to the MD and benefits include, after a 6-month probation period the option for hybrid working.
