Title: HR Manager
Location: Enniskillen
Salary: 40-50k
Job Type: Full-time | Permanent | On-SiteVANRATH are delighted to be exclusively partnering with our industrial client based in Enniskillen seeking to appoint a HR Manager to their multi-country HR team.This role will span across UK, NI & ROI in a strategic position reporting directly into the Managing Director. You will play a vital role in shaping and delivering HR strategies and initiatives across the organisation. Working closely with leadership teams and employees, you will drive policies, talent management, and employee engagement, ensuring alignment with the organisation's goals and compliance requirements.Key Responsibilities:

• Developing, implementing, and reviewing HR policies in line with legislation and business needs
• Ensuring accurate and compliant HR records
• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding
• Providing HR advice and support to managers and employees
• Preparing reports and analysing HR data
• Supporting employee relations matters, including absence management, grievances, and disciplinary issues

A key aspect of the role will be implementing the People Plan, delivering training initiatives, supporting apprentices and graduates and ensuring employees receive the necessary training for their roles.Essential Criteria:

• 3 years generalist HR experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment
• Practical experience in disciplinary and grievance procedures
• Strong knowledge of employment law
• A CIPD qualification or equivalent
• * Demonstrable success in implementing HR strategies that align with business goals.
