The Role
We are currently looking for a HR Manager who will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role involves managing the HR function, guiding and managing the management team and fostering a positive work environment.
Key responsibilities
HR Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objective.
Provide strategic HR advice to senior management.
Support HR Group in implementing ad-hoc HR projects.
2. Recruitment and Selection:
Support the Managers & Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and selection of candidates.
3. Employee Relations:
Foster a positive working environment and manage with any ER issues accordingly.
Implement and maintain company policies and procedures.
4. Performance Management:
Oversee performance appraisal systems and drive employee performance management.
Develop and implement training and development programs.
5. Compensation and Benefits:
Develop and maintain compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate employees.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
6. Compliance and Legal:
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management, including aviation-specific regulations.
Manage employment procedures such as onboarding, offboarding, and retirement.
7. HR Metrics and Reporting:
Prepare and present HR reports to senior management.
About you
CIPD Level 5 or 7, or equivalent Human Resources qualification.
Minimum 5 years' experience in HR.
. Experience in Aviation is an advantage.
Have effective communication & time management skills.
Excellent in problem solving and decision making.
. Good IT skills.
