Can you manage HR activities for our offshore teams?

We're looking for an HR Generalist to join our Offshore HR team in Gatwick on a 12-month contract.
You'll be a trusted advisor to employees and managers alike, providing guidance on everything from policies and procedures to employee relations.
As the key link between HR operations and the wider business teams, you'll ensure high quality and consistent delivery of HR services.

Technically speaking...

You'll have 3+ years of HR experience and a solid understanding of the Generalist role, including hands-on exposure to HR advisory and employee relations.
You'll be familiar with HR systems and have experience managing the administration of payroll and benefits in line with local requirements.
You'll be comfortable navigating a variety of HR processes autonomously, while staying aligned to the business goals.
