Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions, ensuring that our workforce is supported and that our HR processes are efficient and effective. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to present information clearly, and a solid understanding of HR systems such as Rotacloud.

The candidate will also be expected to take on admin work required by the company.

Duties



Supervise and support HR initiatives, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Conduct data analysis to identify trends in employee performance, retention, and satisfaction. Communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organisation to address HR-related queries and concerns. Present training sessions and workshops on various HR topics to enhance employee engagement and development. Maintain accurate employee records within the HRIS system, ensuring all data is up-to-date and secure. Collaborate with management to develop strategies for talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management.

Experience



Proven experience in a Human Resources role with a focus on recruitment and employee relations. Familiarity with HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft, Workday, or similar platforms is essential. Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret metrics related to workforce management. Experience in supervising teams or projects within an HR context is advantageous. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences.
