About The Team: You\'ll be joining a friendly onsite HR Team made up of a Senior HBRP, a People Partner, 1 HR Executive and 2 HR Coordinators. You will play a pivotal role at our Banbury Distribution Centre by supporting the day-to-day running of the HR function in a varied People Advisor role, supporting all aspects of the employee life cycle, including absence management and employee relations.
