This is a fixed term contract for 12 Months.
This is a fantastic opportunity to support a growing international business while gaining valuable experience in HR, contributing to key projects and daily operations in a dynamic and collaborative environment. As ASK4's HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in helping the department achieve its goal of delivering high quality service to the business, providing essential administrative support to the HR, Health & Safety, and Facilities teams across both day to day operations and acquisition integration activities.
What you'll be doing:
Respond promptly to HR admin queries in the HR inbox.
Support with the full onboarding process, including drafting contracts and offer letters, coordinating right to work checks, and making sure everything's returned on time.
Maintain and update our HR systems and employee files, including employee changes (joiners, leavers, salary/job changes) and tracking key data such as absence and sickness.
Support consultation processes by preparing relevant documentation and updating internal FAQs.
Help with due diligence activities for both HR and Health & Safety teams.
Action notifications from our HR system and complete tasks on the HR coordinator task list.
Administration of the HR portal, including monitoring of core policy and E-Learning completion, and creating and updating of different information pages.
Support the H&S team by taking ownership of fleet vehicles and supporting with the H&S review of current ways of working, systems and documentation and monitoring mandatory H&S requirements.
Our ideal candidate will:
Have previous experience working in an HR role.
Bring a strong background in administrative support.
Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
Possess an analytical and inquisitive mindset.
Excel at prioritising tasks and staying organised.
Work well with others and is a collaborative team player within a wider HR team.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Understand general Health & Safety requirements.
