We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part Time Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, ensuring that human resources operations run smoothly and efficiently. Duties
Maintain and update employee records.
Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
Conduct data entry tasks related to employee information and benefits.
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, note taking and preparing reports.
Communicate effectively with employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Collaborate with management to address employee concerns and facilitate conflict resolution.
Requirements
Proven experience in human resources or a related administrative role.
Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Strong attention to detail, particularly in data entry tasks.
