About the role\xe2\x80\xa6
As a key member of the hotel\'s management team, you will coordinate the end-to-end HR function, including associated administration. Reporting to the General Manager on a day-to-day basis, you will also work closely with the central HR team. One day a week, you will also support 2 of our local hotels and work with members of the central HR team.
Coordinating and partnering managers on recruitment activity, onboarding, and training, you will also support the local implementation of Group people initiatives that drive the engagement and performance of our team.
