HR Co-ordinator

Based: High Wycombe
Term: Permanent, Full time

The Role:

We are looking for an efficient Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties.

Key responsibilities include:

• Support HR processes and initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Assist in coordinating training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Facilitate effective communication between management and employees to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
• Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Collaborate with HR team members to continuously improve HR processes and contribute to the development of HR strategies.
• Assist in organising and coordinating employee engagement, wellbeing and D&I

Skills and experience required:

• Professional qualification in Human Resources or a related field desirable.
• Proven experience as an HR Administrator/Coordinator desirable
• Knowledge of HR best practices, Excel, Payroll etc.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a welcoming and inclusive work environment.
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office suite.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
