The role of HR Coordinator:
Provide support to the HR Business partners with their ad hoc day-to-day tasks and duties
Support the HR team and line managers to ensure the smooth running of processes relevant to the development and management of staff within their relevant profession
Co-ordinate and support the performance management process, supporting key internal stakeholders in operating a fair and transparent performance management process
Support HR colleagues and other professions offices in their role and undertake tasks commensurate with their ability to facilitate the people agenda
Demonstrate effective diversity and inclusive team behaviour
Attend professional events and meetings and support L&OD initiatives
Maintain and secure all Professions-related data, e.g., employee skills matrix and performance management information
The ideal HR Coordinator:
Experience within an HR environment/role
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your own time whilst working on multiple tasks within deadlines and SLAs
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail
Proven IT literacy skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build good working relationships with managers and employees at all levels
