HR Consultant (HR, OD & Change)
Belfast, with Hybrid

VANRATH is delighted to be partnering with a leading independent accountancy and advisory firm, who have been serving clients throughout Northern Ireland and further afield for over 90 years.

The company in question is also member of a top ten global network of independent accounting and business advisory firms, providing significant global reach and the ability to leverage skills, resources and local expertise, to help their clients grow locally, nationally and globally.

The advisory team is led by a highly respected local Partner, who is now keen to bring on-board a new HR Consultant.

The HR Consultant, along with a small team of like-minded peers, will form the core of a new local Advisory team, tasked with the delivery of a range of OD and Change services across the public, private and not for profit sectors.

The Role

The main purpose of the role is to deliver a professional, commercially focused Organisation Design and HR advisory support service to a growing number of corporate, public sector and SME sector clients.

Your role will be to listen, understand the client\'s business and respond in a structured manner working as part of an established team of professionals.

You will be supporting the day-to-day management of assigned clients and will be a key member in the delivery of a range of OD and HR solutions for those clients.

The Person
You will be working with clients across a range of sectors and industries and ideally you will have worked across a mixture of the above.

• CIPD qualified,
• 3 year\'s experience in a HR, Organisation Design or Consulting environment
