We are looking for someone to fulfil a crucial support role to the HR Business Partner team in coordinating various administrative tasks and support leaders in people process led activity within the Company's people related strategy. This position is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of people initiatives to support the overall business objectives for the programme.

Principle Accountabilities:



Coordinate work and information flow between People Leaders and HR Business Partner team and documents. Support People Leaders with the people workstream from initiation to completion of project, ensuring project actions and outcomes are met, with adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate meetings, draft minutes, action items and ensure actions are completed in a timely way. Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather project requirements, develop project plans, and maintain robust and accurate trackers to monitor progress to prepare regular milestone updates to various audiences, not limited to the HR Business Partners, Network Design team, Project Management Office for monitoring deliverables against timescales. Maintain the master document list for sites and ensure links to documents are kept up to date and controlled. Support the HR Business Partners, Network Design team in closing process for projects, ensuring all documentation is made available for lessons learned session and for the update of impacted processes, tools and templates. Liaising with relevant Centres of Excellence to be accountable to conduct research, data analysis, and provide recommendations to support decision-making processes within HR projects and report back to HR Business Partners, Network Design team. To prepare HR project documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders updating project sites (MS Teams, SharePoint, MS Planner) for each initiative ensuring documentation is kept regularly up to date. Provide professional, responsive, and confidential project support to people leaders with a solution-focused approach. Support with the production of end user documentation, give guidance to People Leaders, developing people skills and capability, supporting the embedding of cultural change. Consider and identify risks throughout project implementation, ensuring they are highlighted with appropriate stakeholders and mitigated fully wherever possible. In conjunction with the Talent and Acquisition and HR Business Partners, Network Design team, ensure that job evaluation is embedded within recruitment processes with appropriate guidance documentation for people leaders to put people first.

Additional Information:



National travel is required with overnight stays for attendance at meetings or conventions occasionally outside of normal business hours (car provided). Flexibility is required as travel will increase as driven by the programme with consecutive overnight stays during peak of projects.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:



Level 3 CIPD qualification or equivalent. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Outstanding verbal, written, data analysis and presentation skills. Confidentiality tact and diplomacy is required as working with sensitive data. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Maintain and update knowledge of subject/professional area for CPD; completion of mandatory internal training programs and co-operate in any development required to effectively carry out the duties of the role. Strong drive and initiative, with high motivation levels and a willingness to go the extra mile when needed. HR experience and knowledge supporting in project coordination or related roles within an HR environment. Experience working with Trade Unions and representative bodies, including consultation and negotiation. Knowledge of current employment legislation. Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies. Self-motivated with excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office, advanced Excel. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights. Act with honesty and integrity to maintain high standards of ethics and professional standards.
