We have an exciting opportunity to join our team of HR Business Partners on a permanent basis.
What you'll be doing
As a HR Business Partner, you will work with our Technical Services area to provide high quality strategic HR advice and guidance to support business objectives.
The successful candidate will have experience in partnering senior management teams and key stakeholders to drive the implementation of key priorities, such as (but not limited to):
Provide a wide-ranging HR service to colleagues, ensuring that all managers have the necessary tools and knowledge, while being supported through process and policy.
Build management capability through coaching and challenging people management and decisions.
Complex Employee Relations casework.
Reviewing and analysing data to identify trends and solutions with experience in presenting patterns and insight to Senior management and key stakeholders.
Build and maintain visible and meaningful working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and partners.
Work within a team of HR Business Partners and provide additional support when needed to ensure an effective HR service on all aspects of generalist people agenda; relations, resourcing, change management, business restructuring and complex case management.
Plan and implement HR initiatives and projects aligned to HR's strategic planning process and business-driven initiatives.
Be responsible for ensuring that managers and employees comply with relevant HR legislation to include raising awareness; conducting training and development initiatives across the business.
Our team of HR Business Partners demonstrate a detailed working knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice, and are confident in working with employees and managers at all levels. The ideal candidate will have significant experience of working within a fast paced HR department, advising, guiding and coaching managers and employees on the full spectrum of Employee Relations and Resourcing issues. Previous Business Partnering experience would be advantageous, however, experience in managing Employee Relations cases is a priority requirement for this vacancy.
