The HR Business Partner \xe2\x80\x93 Talent Acquisition & Reward is the professional lead for the University\xe2\x80\x99s talent attraction and reward strategy. In the role you will have responsibility for developing the University\xe2\x80\x99s talent attraction strategy, building and developing our existing employer brand ensuring it reflects our values, our strategy and that it showcases our position as one of the largest employers in the area and an employer of choice. You will work closely with senior customers to design and deliver effective talent attraction strategies seeking to improve candidate experience and to secure skilled and talented people to join us across a range of academic and professional disciplines.
You will shape, design and deliver effective workforce planning and reward strategies and solutions. You will also work on pay and benefits strategies, policies and application, working closely with other HR and payroll specialists and operating within national pay structures, to seek to attract and retain staff across the university.
This is a full time permanent position.
The university is currently operating a hybrid-model of working. However, the successful candidate would be expected to work on campus for part of the week based at the Pontypridd campus of the University of South Wales.
