As HRBP, you will work in partnership with the Managing Director and Operational Teams, driving key people initiatives and providing expert HR guidance.We are supporting a leading Children's Care provider in their search for an HR Business Partner to support their Childrenxe2x80x99s Care Services across the North West and Herefordshire. This role will suit someone who thrives in a multi-site, operational HR role, working closely with senior leaders to build an engaged, high-performing workforce.This is a hybrid role with regular travel, including meetings at the head office on the outskirts of Manchester.The Role

• Partnering with senior leaders to develop and implement an effective people strategy.
• Providing expert guidance on employee relations, organisational change, and workforce engagement.
• Driving improvements in retention, wellbeing, and leadership development.
• Managing a multi-site workforce, ensuring HR policies and practices are applied consistently.
• Playing a key role in business-wide culture and transformation projects.

What Wexe2x80x99re Looking For

• Proven HR Business Partner experience, ideally in social care, healthcare, or another highly regulated environment.
• Strong expertise in employee relations, change management, and workforce engagement.
• A commercial mindset, with the ability to balance business priorities with a people-first approach.
• A confident and approachable HR professional who can build strong relationships at all levels.
• Flexibility to travel across the North West and Herefordshire.
