We\'re seeking an HR Business Partner to join Penrose Health and drive the optimization of our human resource management. In this role, you\'ll have the opportunity to:

• Support and inspire our Team Leads and Line Managers to maximize the potential of our exceptional healthcare workforce.
• Lead employee relationship management in collaboration with the Central Management Team.
• Implement robust HR processes and policies in compliance with legislation and best practices.
• Ensure day-to-day HR compliance while spearheading improvement projects.

Details:

• Location: Kingfisher Medical Centre SE8 5DA, with flexibility to travel within SE London and work remotely.
• Hours: Full-time or part-time.
• Salary: \xc2\xa355,000-\xc2\xa360,000 pro rata, depending on experience.

About You: Personal attributes:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and the ability to synthesize information.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize and handle various queries.

Knowledge and experience:

• Understanding of health and wellbeing practices to foster a positive attendance culture.
• Experience in effectively executing disciplinary and grievance procedures within a medium-sized organization.
• Ideally, hold a degree in Human Resources or a related field, or possess CIPD qualification at level 5 or above.
• Thorough and up-to-date knowledge of employment law and emerging HR trends.
• Experience in developing and implementing new HR policies and procedures.

We\'re a small group of close-knit surgeries in South East London on a mission to deliver the best healthcare to our patients. We use a multidisciplinary approach \xe2\x80\x93 bringing together GPs, Nurses, HCAs, Pharmacists, Paramedics, Mental Health Nurses and our non-clinical team to deliver an efficient and effective service with best in class outcomes for patients. With high levels of patient satisfaction (> 4* on Google at all our sites) and low waiting times, we\'ve been able to grow to over 70,000 patients and we continue to grow at a rapid pace. We serve our patients across 8 CQC \'Good\' rated sites in Lambeth, Southwark and Lewisham, with each site having its own dedicated multidisciplinary team. You\'ll join one of these site-based teams but you\'ll be part of the larger Penrose Health family as well!
