Job Description




Do you have previous experience at a Business Partner level?

Do you have excellent written and verbal communication skills?

Do you have experience of developing and executing HR plans?

Do you have experience of managing and developing people towards high performance?

Reporting into the Head of HRBPs and Talent and partnering with the Field Managers in retail, you will ensure that the overall People Plan is aligned to the People Strategy to support the delivery of the overall business strategy. You will provide critial support to Retail Teams, identifing themes and driving actions to support Retention, Engagement, Performance, Talent DE&I and Organisation Design.

About you

  • Experience at a Business Partner level
  • Experience working in a Retail HR function
  • Experience partnering Senior Field Leaders
  • CIPD Qualified
  • Proven ability to develop a good understanding of business issues and how to identify, deliver & partner with CofEs for HR interventions and solutions to meet business needs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
