About The Role





We are seeking an individual to join the HR team. The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic HR partner to the leaders and managers of Nazareth Care Charitable Trust, providing expert advice and guidance that promotes a positive, inclusive and engaged workforce.


The HRBP will support key HR activity, including compliance and reporting, employee relations, and organisational development, ensuring alignment with our objectives and values.

About You




Key Responsibilities:




Strategic HR Partnership




Partner with leaders and managers to understand organisational objectives and develop people strategies that support are aligned. Provide data-driven HR insights and recommendations to improve workforce performance and engagement. Lead on HR initiatives that drive organisational change, culture, and performance.

Employee Relations & Wellbeing




Provide expert advice on employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures. Manage complex ER cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, and absence management. Champion employee wellbeing initiatives and provide proactive support for a positive workplace culture.

Organisational Development & Change Management




Partner with leaders to deliver organisational change initiatives and transformation projects. Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, ensuring a culture of belonging. Implement employee engagement strategies to improve retention and satisfaction.

HR Compliance & Policy




Ensure HR policies and procedures align with employment legislation and best practice. Support audits, reporting, and compliance-related HR activities. Provide training and coaching to managers on HR best practices. Provide reports and insights to inform HR decisions. Manage administration process for full employee lifecycle.

Key Skills & Experience:




Essential:




Proven experience in an HRBP or senior HR advisory role. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices. Experience in employee relations, change management, and organisational development. Ability to influence, coach, and partner with senior leaders. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with data for decision-making. CIPD Level 5 or above (or equivalent experience).

Desirable:




Experience in similar sector. Restructuring and complex ER case experience. Understanding of HR systems and data analytics.
