The Role





As HR Business Partner you'll be a member of our Extended Leadership Team responsible for implementing our people strategy. Your focus will be in partnering with the Manufacturing site team at Hayes to make sure that we have the right processes in place to develop the right talent to create all our delicious, healthy snacks.



What you'll be responsible for




Partner with the Manufacturing Director, as a member of the Hayes Leadership Team, to build strong relationships and lead site HR requirements

Take the lead on Hayes site Performance Management processes, ensuring they drive individual and business performance

Own the learning and development agenda with a particular focus on the upskilling of production operatives

Championing employee engagement and the roll out of values and behaviours, particularly for the Hayes site team

Provide best practice guidance on all internal policies and procedures, regularly reviewing to ensure legal compliance and to support business requirements

Ensuring an effective and efficient recruitment and selection process, whilst also supporting hiring managers to select the best candidates

Managing supplier relationships, particularly with our temporary agency partner to optimize the availability of good quality temporary team members

Produce good quality data and insights to proactively support the business in dealing with potential areas of challenge Line managing and developing the People Advisor



What we're looking for in you?




A true generalist with experience and knowledge of HR processes, covering recruitment, employee relations, employee engagement, learning & development, and communication HR experience in a similar FMCG environment

Robust experience in ER and ability to lead the site through complex change programs

Solid experience of implementing a site people strategy

Strong stakeholder management and clear communication skills

A can-do, positive attitude

To be happy to spend most of the time at the Hayes manufacturing site (minimum 3 days per week), with some days in Kingston upon Thames to understand the full business operation
