Take the reins as a business partner for their Investment Banking, Research, and Execution Services departments, actively engaging with leaders to foster a culture of innovation, productivity, and retention. You will not only serve as the main contact for complex HR queries but also play a central role in talent development, employee relations, and performance management. Additionally, as the go-to HR professional for Europe, you will lead all HR-related initiatives, ensuring compliance with local laws and maintaining a strong understanding of Danish employment legislation. Collaborate with the HR team to provide insightful Management Information, contribute to the performance appraisal process, and serve as a Mental Health First Aider, championing well-being within their organization.
