Contribute to the management and delivery of Human Resource operations, procedures and processes and provide specialist HR Business Partner support that contributes to a consistent and high quality service provision to Council Services in order to assist with the promotion, delivery and integration of the key objectives in relation to those identified within the People & Culture Service Plan and the Community Plan.

The Individual
This is a temporary full time post, the admin base is the Opera House, 8 John Finnie Street, Kilmarnock.
Consideration will be given to applicants who wish to apply for this post as a secondment opportunity and also to those wishing to apply on a part time basis will be considered.
Normal office hours are: 9.00am-5.00pm Monday-Thursday and 9.00am-4.00pm Friday
Annual Salary is \xc2\xa340,404 - \xc2\xa342,843 Per annum

The workstyle for this post is:
\'Mobile\' - 20-49% of your time in an office or other work location. You will work at your administrative base or another agreed office location between 1 to 2.5 days per week and the remainder of the week at home or other work locations as required.
