About the role:

This is a key position responsible for driving and delivering the HR strategy at our Dundee site, as well as collaborating closely with the wider Global HR team. You'll work in partnership with the Leadership Team and internal stakeholders to embed initiatives that align with our operational goals, while owning end-to-end responsibility for the full employee lifecycle. You'll ensure each stage of the employee journey is seamless, effective, and aligned with our values.



As a trusted partner to the business, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping a high-performing, adaptable, and engaged workplace culture. You'll lead the development and implementation of initiatives across organisational culture, engagement, and change, while ensuring legal compliance in all HR matters.



This is a dynamic role that requires flexibility and a proactive mindset, as you'll take on a variety of tasks to meet evolving business needs.
