Company Description
As a HR Business Partner you\'ll directly partner the regional operations team across core business unit, partnering with the Operations Manager/Director and their management teams, including Business Development Managers and General Managers. The HR Business Partner is the co-ordinator of developing, shaping and embedding the divisional HR agenda, working to deliver the people strategy (Divisional People plan) and championing people innovation. The HR Business Partner also works closely within the wider central HR team on shaping, influencing and embedding the centrally managed and driven HR programmes as part of the (Group People plan). This is a Field based role.
