Join us and you\xe2\x80\x99ll partner , PA Media\xe2\x80\x99s industry-leading e-commerce platform, in the creative and editorial stock imagery market.
As HR Business Partner you\xe2\x80\x99ll work closely with a range of stakeholders from junior managers through to senior leaders. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be encouraged to form positive relationships, build trust and be confident in challenging stakeholders to always achieve the best outcome for the business.
You\xe2\x80\x99ll support the delivery of Alamy\xe2\x80\x99s business objectives and ambitious growth plans by identifying, developing, and implementing HR initiatives.
You\xe2\x80\x99ll be part of true generalist HR team, where you will play a key part in shaping group-wide initiatives and projects such as well-being, learning and development, EDI and reward.
We are a collaborative business and value our time in person and have offices in Howden, Manchester and London and while your principal location will be Abingdon, you\'ll need to spend time with your stakeholders in those locations.
Who you are.
To be successful in this role you\xe2\x80\x99ll be commercially focused, curious, not afraid to implement change, will have the courage to challenge and a high degree of integrity.
You will have experience working at HR Business Partner level in a fast-paced environment where you are partnering multiple stakeholders and managing multiple priorities.
You will have strong ER experience and be able to confidently advise and coach managers of varying levels and capability.
You will need to be able demonstrate experience in using HR data and insight to drive commercial decision making and implement change. You\xe2\x80\x99ll need to be CIPD qualified, have a focus on continuous professional development and be keen to stay up to date with current thinking and HR best practice.
You will need to be proactive, self-motivating and be able to work independently as well as part of a wider team.
