You will work closely with leadership and management teams in Sentric and the global People team at Believe, to support and drive HR initiatives through the business.Our teamOur team local is comprised of a Head of People (Hiring Manager), HRBP (whose maternity leave this role is covering), HR Advisor & Office Coordinator. We also work closely with the Believe UK HRBP in London and the other central HR specialisms (C&B, HRIS, Talent Acquisition...) based in the Believe HQ in Paris.They main areas you will work in include talent management, organisational development, employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and culture development. You will provide advice on HR policies, processes and best practices, while ensuring that HR strategies are effectively implemented within the business. This is a key role within the organisation, focusing on aligning HR initiatives with the overall business objectives.We support hybrid working. We work 3 days a week in our lovely offices, and you have the option to work 2 days a week from home, should you wish.Key aspects of the role
