Job Title: HR Business Analyst (9M FTC)
Reports to: Head of Portfolio and Business Change Delivery
Main Function: Information Technology
Reporting to the Head of Portfolio and Business Change Delivery, the HR Business Analyst will be responsible for all business analyst activities for the upcoming HR and Payroll System Implementation Project, including process analysis and re-engineering, and the delivery of a solution that meets business requirements. The Business Analyst will liaise with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies and information systems. With a history of successfully working with HR teams and business systems to deliver business change, the HR Business Analyst plays a pivotal role by being the glue between business and technology teams to successfully deliver schuh\xe2\x80\x99s people objectives.
